You will first need to request a Freepost Handpiece repair envelope. You can do this by using the link below and we will dispatch to you within 24 hours.*
*Based on Monday to Thursday requests.

Simply complete our online handpiece repair form (remember to enter your 10% discount code) and then post your handpiece(s) in our padded envelope using our FREEPOST address.

Repair and return of your handpiece the same day**

Subject to approval, your handpiece(s) are repaired and dispatched for return on the same day, fully serviced with a minimum 3 month warranty.


**Repair authorisation must be received from the client before 1 PM to qualify for same day service. Any authorizations received after this time will be processed the following business day.

Do we repair Scalers?

Yes, we do repair Scalers, but not all brands, so please contact ourselves before sending off.

Are genuine parts or generic parts fitted as standard?

Generic parts are fitted as standard, but genuine parts are also available upon request.

Where can I get the envelope from to send my Handpiece(s) in?

What brands of Handpieces can DENKA repair?

We can repair most of the main branded handpieces, such as W&H, NSK, Kavo, and also repair generic Handpieces.

What happens if my Handpiece cannot be repaired?

We will send back your Handpiece(s) at no cost unrepaired, or we will discard if you prefer.
